Privacy
Public guidance, private inquiries and accounts for authorized participants.
Reading the website
You can read our public guidance without creating an account or submitting an inquiry.
Contact messages and inquiries
When you submit a form, we store your name, email address, optional phone number and message. Clark County inquiries may also include a property address. These submissions are stored in the foundation’s private application database and are available to authorized staff for review. A receipt confirms storage, not eligibility or acceptance. The form does not promise email delivery.
Private accounts and records
Authorized staff use a shared workspace containing case drafts, activity and PDF records. Invited claimants can access information and documents specifically shared with their account, and submit private messages and PDF documents. Account access requires sign-in. Staff can review submitted records as part of case preparation.
Security and service providers
The application is hosted on Cloudflare and uses its database services for shared records. We record account and review actions needed to maintain access and case history. Public form abuse controls store a keyed digest of the client network address in expiring counters rather than the raw address. When email notifications are configured, they direct staff to the private inbox without including the submitted message or personal details.
What to leave out
Please do not include Social Security numbers, financial account credentials or health information in public forms. Use only the private channels and document requests provided by authorized staff for records needed in a review.
Payments and policy decisions
If a donation checkout is available, payment details are handled by the linked payment provider; this application does not collect card details. Formal retention and deletion policies are still being prepared. We do not promise a fixed retention period or tax deductibility.
