Purpose and current stage

Full Circle Reclaim Foundation is preparing a nonprofit program to help former property owners and families understand possible surplus funds after a tax sale. Its purpose is to make a difficult county process easier to understand through clear, practical guidance.

The Nevada pilot is in preparation. Contact and claim inquiries can be submitted for staff review; submitting an inquiry does not establish eligibility or mean a case is accepted. Public educational resources are available now. This kit is not a referral submission channel or an application for services.

Available educational resources

County procedures differ. Use the current instructions for the county involved and compare saved materials with the county’s own current sources.

Start with the county where the property was sold. Clark County has a published guide; other county guides are in preparation.

Share information safely

Share public links or this educational kit so readers can check the current guidance themselves. A listing or notice is only a starting point; it does not prove that funds are currently held or who can receive them.

Do not send sensitive records until you know the recipient and secure submission method. This kit does not collect personal information or accept referrals. Avoid circulating identity documents, account information, or private case records with these public materials.

Prepare questions, preserve authority boundaries

Confirm the property address or parcel, type of sale, and responsible county office. Ask whether the possible claimant is an owner, heir or estate, trust, entity, or someone with another documented interest.

Flag missing records, uncertain authority, liens, bankruptcy, or disputes. A general website cannot choose representative documents or resolve competing rights. Seek qualified legal or professional review when those questions are uncertain.

Educational information only. This kit does not decide entitlement, ownership, authority, a deadline, or whether any funds are held. It does not promise a recovery or authorize anyone to act for another person.
